Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The time slots for visits are cancelled. Tickets are valid all day, you choose a date when you book.

- Can I get a senior citizen rate?
No, the museum does not offer a senior discount.
- I am a local resident. Can I get a discount?
No, the museum does not offer a special rate for residents.
However, annual passes are available at the museum ticket office only: the SOLO pass for €40 and the DUO pass for €70, which allows the holder to bring the person of his/her choice.
These subscriptions give access to the permanent collection, the temporary exhibitions, the gardens, and the Café Renoir.
- Can I leave my belongings in a cloakroom?
No, since there is no luggage room/cloakroom, please make your own arrangements. Only large travel bags and suitcases can be left at the reception desk.
The deposit of valuables is the responsibility of the depositor.
- Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed inside the museum or in the gardens, except for guide dogs with valid identification.
- What is the average length of a visit?
During the temporary exhibition period, allow 2 hours for the visit. During the inter-exhibition period, allow about 1 hour to visit the permanent collection.
- Can I visit the gardens or go to the Café Renoir without entering the exhibitions?
Yes, the entrance to the gardens/Café Renoir is only available at the museum ticket office at 5€.
- Do you have a restaurant?
The museum welcomes you at the Café Renoir, which offers hot and cold drinks as well as savory meals at lunchtime, which vary according to season and availability.
It is forbidden to eat in the exhibition spaces or to picnic in the gardens.
- Do you offer a group rate?
Group rates are available for groups of 15 or more and are subject to reservation only.

- I have a disability, is the museum accessible?
The museum offers a reduced rate of €10 for holders of the mobility inclusion card. A bell at the museum reception desk alerts the staff to welcome you.
The "Demarne" garden is accessible. The temporary exhibitions are accessible by elevator.
The "Bel-air" garden is not easily accessible due to the presence of stairs, as is the permanent collection, a 17th century building with no elevator.
- Do I have to print my ticket?
No, you do not have to print your ticket to visit the museum. It is possible to present your ticket on a smartphone or tablet.
- I lost my ticket. Can I print it again?
Yes, you can reprint your ticket received by email in PDF format. However, please note that the ticket can only be used once. Keep it carefully to avoid loss or theft.
- Do I have to make a reservation?
No, you can buy your ticket directly at the museum's ticket office.
- Are the tickets purchased online ticketed?
No. You must go to the ticket office to have your ticket scanned. However, the hosts/hostesses will do their best to minimize your wait, so don't hesitate to ask.
- Can I visit the museum with a stroller?
The gardens are accessible. The exhibition areas are not accessible with a stroller, but there is a dedicated area where you can leave it.
However, please make arrangements as the museum does not provide baby carriers.
